We are finally travelling
to Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok from the
7th
to the
30th of june 06
to prepare our “Pasta Culinary Tour 06”
which will take place at the end of the year. The exact
dates will be announced a little later. The organisation
and coordination of our World Record Attempt
and the Pasta Bar and Wine Promotion
(”Villa Trasqua” & “Fermoy Estate”)
are the main goals of our trip. We are also going through
the production of my first “Marco’s
Cook Book" which will be
presented at the start of our tour this fall.
During our travels the “Marco’s
Pasta Bar” in
Rapperswil will be managed by my wife Lidia Ragnacci
and her team.
Urs
and myself are returning right on time for the
“Blues & Jazz" festival
in Rapperswil.
