Ragnacci opened the first Pasta Bar in Switzerland
Marco’s Pasta Bar - Pasta creations as you never
experienced before. We prepare your own Pasta request in
front of your eyes. Either you choose “a la carte” or you
put together your own sauce. We have a choice of over 700
different Pasta sauces. Depending the season we would be
happy to enchant you with our Pasta ideas, where we do
always care about the great importance of fresh quality
products.
The
main attraction is our Bar formed like a boat, which seats
30 guests. The architecture of the Bar doesn’t necessarily
have to be similar in every restaurant, the centre point
is our „ front kitchen restaurant “ The atmosphere is
pleasant, modern, welcoming, conductive to eating,
drinking and indulging in the pleasures of the Bar and
good company. The guests are welcomed and accompanied by
the cook, throughout the evening, living the art of pasta
cooking at first site. The Front cooking has many
advantages. We are using mainly fresh products or prepared
ones, which are always under the guest’s control.
